With a win at the Exmoor Beastie (I watched - didnt sail) by literally a mile and a 4th at the Starcross Steamer the K1 mini-keelboat seems to be the next handicap bandit - out-phantoming the Phantoms and dishing Merlins!

We now have a handicap bandit at Hawley - a Phantom! Will have to see how we do once he learns how to sail it!

Yep well done Simon, he is a good sailor and by the looks of it he is in a different class to anyone else with a K1. Jeremy, you have a few down at Lyme, are they winning everthing there, I don't think so!
Time will tell whether they are a bandit or not and the Alb has had that reputation for some years although nothing like the Merlin, Phantom and the Streaker.
