Hi all, new boat arriving next week courtesy of Paul Sleeman, carbon decks look fab, Selden have come up with a fany new carbon mast to go with Mike MAcs new 3dl sails. First trip out at Maidenhead, youd better watch out its the way forward

Since no one has asked this question, I'm probably going to be flagging my ignorance of rules but, curiosity has got the better of me.
How are you able to use Carbon when the class rules (on the website) seem to prohibit its use?
Does this mean the rules have changed ?
